Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us:

• Inquiries — when you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message so we can respond.
• Owner accounts — for Club owners, the portal maintains the information needed to administer membership: name, contact details, mailing address, ownership records, reservations, invoices and payment history. Passwords are stored only in cryptographically hashed form.
• Directory listings — owners may choose whether their contact information is visible to other owners in the members-only directory, and can change that setting at any time on their Profile page.

Cookies

The Site uses only the cookies necessary to operate the owner portal — a session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The virtual-tour video is embedded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set tracking cookies unless you play the video.

How we use information

• to respond to inquiries you send us;
• to administer Club membership — reservations, billing, communications and the owner directory;
• to send transactional email such as reservation confirmations, portal invitations and password-reset links; and
• to maintain the security and integrity of the Site.

How we share information

We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the Site — hosting, database and email-delivery providers — and only for the purposes described above. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety or property of the Club, its owners or others. We never sell or rent personal information.

Retention and security

Inquiry submissions are kept as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records. Owner records are kept for the duration of ownership and as required for legal, accounting and club-governance purposes. We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls — though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may contact us at any time to review, correct or request deletion of your personal information, subject to records we are required to keep. Owners can update their own contact information and directory visibility in the portal. To make a request, call 954-817-3523.

Children

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the date of the latest revision appears at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on this page or communicated to owners through the portal.
